150 grams chicken breast
1 large onion
0.5 tea spoon salt
2 tea spoon corn flour
2 table spoon corn oil
10 table spoon oyster sauce
300 ml water
1) Cut the chicken in to small strips (15 mm x 35 mm)
2) Peel the onion (take off outer layer )
3) Cut the onion in to small strips (15 mm wide)
4) Mix the corn flour and 100 ml water
1) Heat the oil in a wok (begin to smoke )
2) Put in the onion and stir-fry for 5 minutes
3) Put in the chicken and fry for 5 minutes
4) Put in the salt and stir-fry for 1 minutes
5) Put in 200 ml water and close the lid of wok for 2 minutes
6) Remove wok lid
7) Put in oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute
8) Put in corn flour mixture then stir-fry until the corn flour mixture is thicken ( max. 1 minute)
9) Turn off heat and the chicken and oyster sauce are ready a plate
